Yes! We offer local delivery at affordable rates. We deliver to Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, St. Albert, Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Leduc & Devon. Our flat rates are: - Spruce Grove/Stony Plain/Parkland County - $5 - Edmonton/Sherwood Park/St. Albert/Leduc/Devon - $15 We typically deliver between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday. We cannot guarantee a specific time slot but if you have a specific request, please email us info@greatnorthcookieco.com and we will try and do our best to accomodate. We leave the items on the recipient's doorstep if nobody is home. Please keep this in mind on hot summer days. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered. Please provide all condo buzzers and codes needed to enter. If we are not able to access a building, or have been given the wrong address, you may be charged an additional delivery fee. Free pick ups are available between 8:00am-10:00am or 3:00pm-6:00pm Monday-Saturdays in Parkland County, Alberta (10 minutes north of Stony Plain). We try and accomodate special arranagements for pick ups. If you have a specific request, please email us info@greatnorthcookieco.com. Once you have placed an order, you will be emailed with the details of the specific pickup location.

All of our cookies contain gluten, butter, and eggs and are at risk of cross contamination with many nuts in our studio. We do offer Gluten Friendly options but please remember that we are not a Gluten-Free facility. If you are looking for a gluten friendly option. Please visit our "Cookies" page and you can see which options we have available. We offer gluten-friendly cookies in boxes of 6 or 12. If you order a box of 6 you will be able to select up to two flavours. If you order a box of 12 you will be able to select up to four flavours.

All cookies are baked the same day of purchase/delivery for the ulimate freshness! With that being said, all fresh foods with quality ingredients are perishable over time but luckily we have some tips for you! 1. We package your order in beautiful bakery boxes however we suggest transferring your cookies to any Tupperware, food containers or ziplock bags as the key to keeping any baked goods fresh is an air-tight space! They will stay good for up to three days. Note - If you enjoy that fresh warm cookie taste, we suggest heating them up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for that out of the oven experience! 2. We also suggest freezing whatever you do not consume within three days of recieving your order. Whenever your ready to enjoy, simply let your cookie thaw at room tempreture or pop it in the microwave!

At Great North Cookie Co we take great pride in providing our customers with a one-stop shop experience meaning you do not have to worry about how your going to package a gift or spending the extra money associated with making something look presentable. All boxes of cookies come in a simple, elegant white bakery box which is lined with branded food safe tissue paper and then wrapped with ribbon and bow-tied. You have the option when purchasing your box of cookies to add your own custom message for an extra $0.75 for that extra special touch.
